A diary that knows when you work
Praxis Agenda is for a practice of one or a few. You write down the hours you work. It offers those hours and no others. Behind every name is a file: what happened in each session, and what you would rather nobody else read.
What it does
You are only booked when you work
Write down your hours once. A Wednesday you keep for paperwork stays a Wednesday you keep for paperwork.
One file for each person you see
Every session in one place: the date, the hour, whether they came, and what was done. The report is the practice’s. The note you write for yourself is not.
Locked before it leaves your screen
What you write about somebody is encrypted in your browser, with a key made from your password. We hold the locked copy and cannot open it.
Which also means we cannot open it for you if you forget the password. You keep a recovery key on paper.
It is yours to take away
Your diary in your own calendar, your records as a file you can download, and an account you can close. Closing it removes what we hold.
Where we are
In closed beta. The diary, the roster, patients, session reports, reminders, calendar links, sharing a file with somebody outside the practice, and closing an account all work. The screens are in four languages. Messages we send are too.
What we can read, and what we cannot says it plainly, in one page.
